Jennifer Johnson
Jennifer is the proud owner of Studio JJ and a licensed Architect in the State of California. With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas, Jennifer began her career working for architecture firms in Memphis, TN & Oakland, CA.
In 1998 she established her own company that specialized in architectural illustrations through mediums like watercolor, ink sketches, colored pencil and markers. Johnson Illustrations worked with multiple architecture firms and corporate marketing companies. Notably, BVC Architects, Landor, SMWM Architects, Field Paoli Architects, Brand Allen Architects & 4040 Agency.
In 2012, Jennifer made a significant transition by pivoting towards residential architecture. This move allowed her to dedicate time to designing living space and creating dream homes for her clients. She has completed multiple residential projects throughout the County of San Diego, including the city of San Diego, Del Mar, Encinitas, Carlsbad, La Mesa & Chula Vista.
Jennifer is married to another architect, making architecture a shared passion within her family.
